Daesh terrorist group is seeking to change its strategy after its battlefield losses in Syria and Iraq, said the Observatory for Anomalous and Takfiri Fatwas of Dar al Ifta.

Daesh suffered a series of defeats , a matter which may force it to change its strategy and declare the establishment of new states, with the aim of lifting the moral of the group's members.
