Death toll of a subway train that derailed in Moscow Tuesday earlier has increased to 20 with some 150 people injured, Itar-tass news agency said quoting Russia's Emergency Situations Ministry. Of those injured, around 50 are in critical condition, health officials said. The cause of the accident was reported to be a voltage surge but this theory remains unconfirmed.
