A helicopter belonging to foreign forces has made an emergency landing in eastern Nangarhar province of Afghanistan, local authorities said. Shirzad district chief confirmed that the helicopter has made an emergency landing in Haidar Khan area of eastern Nangarhar province late Monday, according to Afghan (Khaama Press). In the meantime, local residents in the area are saying that the helicopter crashed in Haidar Khan area and caught fire immediately after the crash. There are no reports regarding the casualties and NATO-led coalition forces have not commented regarding the incident so far.
