Investment Minister Ashraf Salman said he supports efforts to increase Italian investments in Egypt.

This remark came during the meeting held between Salman and the Italian Ambassador here Maurizio Massari and his accompanying delegation.

Salman said that the Egyptian government is keen on increasing the commercial cooperation with Italy, adding that the cabinet works on creating a good investment atmosphere and removing the obstacles that face ventures.

For his part, Massari underscored that his country looks forward to promoting ties with Egypt especially in the economic field.
