The International Monetary Fund (IMF) is in contact with senior Egyptian officials, the mission chief for Egypt and an Advisor at the IMF’s Middle East and Central Asia Department Chris Jarvis told MENA on Sunday.

The IMF's mission to Cairo was adjourned to the end of summer, he further said, adding that the timing was not set yet.
