Toray Advanced Materials Korea Inc., the local unit of Japanese chemical firm Toray Industries Inc., said Monday that it has completed the acquisition of Woongjin Chemical Co. The takeover was completed last week with a payment for a 56.21 percent stake in the South Korean company, Toray said.
