The U.S. dollar traded in the lower 102 yen range on Thursday morning in Tokyo deals, almost unchanged from its overnight levels in New York. At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 102.23-24 yen, compared with 102.20-30 yen in New York and 102.50-52 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Wednesday. The euro fetched 1.3867-3868 dollars and 141.76-79 yen, as against 1.3863-3873 dollars and 141.68-78 yen in New York and 1. 3806-3807 dollars and 141.52-56 yen in Tokyo late Wednesday afternoon.
