At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 102.25-26 yen compared with 102.21-31 yen in New York and 103.12-14 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Wednesday. The euro fetched 1.3656-3658 dollars and 139.63-67 yen against 1.3660-3670 dollars and 139.52-62 yen in New York and 1.3662-3664 dollars and 140.89-93 yen in Tokyo late Wednesday afternoon
