South Korean stocks opened almost flat Tuesday as investors took a wait-and-see approach on the two-day U.S. Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) meeting this week.
The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) shed 1.36 points, or 0.07 percent, to 1,992.23 in the first 15 minutes of trading.
