South Korean stocks started a tad lower Tuesday on losses by large-cap shares of electronic firms, carmakers and builders, analysts said. The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) dipped 3.34 points, or 0.17 percent, to 1,982.27 in the first 15 minutes of trading.
