South Korean stocks started almost flat Thursday as investors sat on the sidelines amid the rising concerns over the political uncertainties in Ukraine, analysts said. The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) shed 0.22 points, or 0.01 percent, to 1,964.09 in the first 15 minutes of trading.
