South Korean stocks moved up Friday on the back of better-than-expected U.S. economic data. The Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) stood at 1930.18 as of 11:20 a.m., up 10.66 points, or 0.56 percent, from the close of trading on Thursday, extending its earlier gains.
