Singapore stocks finished lower on Thursday, with the benchmark Straits Times Index (STI) down 6. 34 points, or 0.2 percent, to close at 3,203.58. A total of 2.02 billion shares changed hands with turnover of 1. 35 billion Singapore dollars (1.08 billion U.S. dollars). Decliners led gainers 233 to 220, while 491 others finished unchanged. The STI index gained 5.83 points, or 0.18 percent, to close at 3,209.92 on Wednesday.
