Singapore stocks finished lower on Monday, with the benchmark Straits Times Index (STI) down 10.95 points, or 0.34 percent, to close at 3,241.6. A total of 1.43 billion shares changed hands with turnover of 819.8 million Singapore dollars (650.6 million U.S. dollars). Decliners outnumbered gainers 256 to 167, while 520 others finished unchanged. The STI index lost 12.16 points, or 0.37 percent, to close at 3, 252.55 on Friday.
