Singapore stocks finished slightly lower on Monday, with the benchmark Straits Times Index ( STI) down 1.99 points, or 0.06 percent, to close at 3,312.78.
A total of 1.30 billion shares changed hands with turnover of 858.3 million Singapore dollars (656.6 million U.S. dollars).
Decliners led gainers 239 to 204, while 505 others finished unchanged.
The STI index gained 19.94 points, or 0.61 percent, to close at 3,314.77 on Friday.
