Tokyo shares ended the morning session

Tokyo shares ended the morning session lower Friday as investors cashed in on gains after recent rallies.
The 225-issue Nikkei Stock Average ended down 20.66 points, or 0.13 percent, from Thursday to 15,293.91.
The broader Topix index of all First Section issues on the Tokyo Stock Exchange was down 1.67 points, or 0.13 percent, at 1, 268.83.
Decliners were led by mining, oil and coal, and fishery and agriculture shares, while gainers included shipping, real estate and metal sectors.
