Afghanistan expects to get about four billion dollars from the donors conference, which will take place in Tokyo next month to discuss the country\'s future beyond 2014, Afghani President Hamed Karzai said. Karzai said that most of the fund will be available after the withdrawal of NATO-led forces in 2014. After ten years of war, donor countries expect Afghanistan to need foreign aids for reconstruction purposes. Governor of the Central Bank of Afghanistan said earlier in the week that his country needs annual aids of about 6-7 billion dollars over the next decade in order to help the economy grow.
