Amman - PETRA
The Arab-Turkish Dialogue Forum kicks off at the University of Jordan on Sunday with the participation of specialists who will present working papers on current regional developments as well as economic issues.
According to a university statement, the first session will discuss the Turkish strategy towards the Arab Spring while the second session will focus on Jordanian-Turkish ties as well as developments in the region.
The third session, the statement added, will focus on the Syrian crisis.
The second day sessions will address Arab-Turkish economic ties, as well as sectarian dimension in the Arab Spring.
The two-day forum is organized by the Faculty of International Studies at the University of Jordan in cooperation with the Higher Studies Institute at the Turkish Gazi University.
The first forum was held in April in Amman in 2010 while Ankara hosted the second in 2011.
