The objectives of NCT&H are to promote and improve the standard of food quality, service of catering and human resources in all types of fields. The refineries division is the holder of one of the longest LTI records in the area, and has crossed over 20 million without any LTI. NCT&H is one of the 11 sub-contractors providing the various support services to Takreer and there are about 11 subcontractors supporting the operations of ADRD. To motivate the subcontractors and influence them to excel, Takreer initiated the HSE contractor award based on ½ yearly performance. The 13 point assessment criteria are audited by the various departments including the HSE department, Administration and operations. The award was presented recently at the refinery auditorium by the Deputy Vice President in the presence of the Safety Superintendent and other department heads. All the other sub contractors attended the ceremony, which was followed by a reception. NCT&H is proud and glad to receive this prestigious award ‘Best Contractor ‘HSE’ Performer for 1st half of 2012’ from Takreer ADRD.
