Italian Finance Minister Vittorio Grilli said Monday during the OECD Conference on Structural Reforms in Rome that there were still challenges ahead to improve the country\'s productivity. \"Problems remaining to be faced are linked to infrastructure,\" Grilli said. GDP growth \"can be achieved, but consolidated reforms are needed,\" the minister said.
