Egypt and Italy on Thursday signed nine cooperation agreements between private sectors of the two countries, on the sidelines of the Egyptian President Mohamed Morsy’s visit to Italy. The agreements are worth one billion euro and cover the fields of training in environmental and medical tourism, industrial investment, building materials and food industries, Egyptian Minister of Industry and Foreign Trade Hatem Saleh said. The agreements also include cooperation between construction sectors in the two countries, and cooperation in the fields of transportation, innovation, industrial design, maritime transport, exhibitions, and financing of small- and medium-sized enterprises.
