Egyptian Foreign Minister Mohammed Kamel Amro met Monday with his Spanish counterpart Manuel Garcia, who is currently visiting Cairo. Speaking to the press after the meeting, Amro said that they discussed bilateral relations and bolstering economic ties, particularly in the tourism sector. They also discussed regional issues, Amro said, adding that they focused particularly on the Syrian crisis and the Palestinian issue. The Egyptian Foreign Minister also announced that a delegation of Spanish businessmen will visit Egypt soon to discuss investment opportunities.
