Egypt will be forming an Economic Development Council soon, presidential spokesman Yasser Ali said on Tuesday. The idea of the council was floated by President Mohamed Morsi during his address before the Shura Council on Saturday. The council will be launched once all particulars connected with its formation are considered, the spokesman said.
