The total cost of maintenance work on sidewalks conducted by the Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) from the beginning of the year until the end of September stood at JD250,000. According to the head of GAM’s construction department, Mohammad Ghassan, the municipality is currently carrying out maintenance on pavements in the Basman, Abdali, Tlaa Al Ali and Sports City neighbourhoods.
