The GCC Municipalities Affairs Ministers will hold their 16th meeting in Riyadh next Tuesday. Discussions will spotlight issues, including urban development, upgrading services facilities on highways, the GCC unified construction code, the member states\' experiences in the municipal data bases field and activating the GCC award.
