Greece on Tuesday paid a lower rate of 4.54 percent to raise 1.137 billion euros ($1.43 billion) in six-month funds, as the market eased on expectations the ECB would announce a round of debt purchases. Spain and Italy also recorded falls in sovereign borrowing rates, with that for two-year Spanish bonds down to 3.266 percent from 3.509 percent on Monday, and for Italy at 2.374 percent, down from 2.633 percent.
