Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono inaugurated 8 prime projects belong to the state-run oil and gas firm Pertamina, worth a total of 150 trillion rupiah ( about 15.8 billion U.S. dollars) in West Java waters on Thursday. The inauguration was conducted by the president on the deck of Indonesian navy vessel, KRI Makassar 509, that sailed close to one of prime project, Floating Storage and Regasification Unit (FSRU), the largest news portal detik.com reported. \"The inauguration of those projects is a prove for Pertamina that has been the backbone of the country\'s energy resilience. Pertamina has set target to become prominent oil firm in Asia region by 2025 by diversifying our business, becoming an integrated energy holding company,\" Karen Agustiawan, Pertamina President Director, said after accompanying the president in the inauguration ceremony. The eight Pertamina\'s projects inaugurated by the president consisted of Enhanced Oil Recovery facility in Cepu, Central Java, Gas Processing Plant in Sungai Kenawang, NGL Plant Perta Samtan, the FSRU in West Java, Tanjung Sekong LPG Terminal project, Coco gas station, operation of three Pertamina\'s tanker vessels and Pertamina\'s Ulubelu geothermal power plant.
