Jordanian Prime Minister Fayez al-Tarawneh on Thursday held a round of talks with Cypriot President Demetris Christofias, who arrived yesterday in Amman on a three-day official visit. The talks touched on bilateral relations, means of enhancing joint cooperation in all the political, economic, commercial and investment fields. The two countries signed a cooperation agreement in public health and medical sciences, and another one in maritime trade, in addition to a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for technical cooperation in renewable energy sources and energy saving.
