Microfinance India Summit 2012 opens in New Delhi on Tuesday. Union Finance Minister P Chidambaram, Lise Grande, UN Resident Co-ordinator and UNDP Resident Representative in India, and Chairman, CII Taskforce on Financial Services, MV Nair were present for the inauguration of Microfinance India Summit 2012. Microfinance India is a national platform that strengthens the microfinance sector through high quality research and intellectual debate. Microfinance India is initiated by ACCESS Development Services, spurned off to ACCESS-ASSIST, to develop a comprehensive vision for the entire sector.
