US President Barack Obama will not take part in the summit of Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum in Vladivostok in September, said his Press Secretary Jay Carney on Monday. The summit will take place on 2-9 September, and a national meeting of the US Democratic Party is scheduled for September 3-6. During the meeting Obama will be officially nominated for the upcoming presidential elections in November.
