Trade talks between India and Pakistan on the level of commerce secretaries will start here Thursday. From the Indian side, an 11-member delegation is due to participate headed by Commerce Secretary S R Rao, while Secretary In-charge for Commerce Munir Qureshi will head the Pakistani delegation. Both parties are expected to discuss a number of issues, most importantly enhancing bilateral trade, opening commercial ports, electricity trade and oil products.
