Greek Prime Minister Antonis Samaras today expressed his belief that the economic situation in his country is improving. "I think the ship is beginning to turn around," he said during a meeting with Greek President Karolos Papoulias. This comes after Samaras's visits to Berlin and Paris where he met with German Chancellor Angela Merkel French President Francois Hollande.
