Italian Foreign Minister Giulio Terzi assured Italy\'s solidarity and support for Turkey\'s position within the international community, starting with the UN, in a phone conversation with his Turkish counterpart Ahmet Davutoglu on the Syrian crisis. Terzi strongly condemned a strike which caused Turkish civilian victims and stressed the risk of a widening of the crisis to the whole region, calling on all sides to give their contribution in lowering tensions.
