A 40-year-old woman smashed her Fiat 500 car into the plate-glass window of a tax collection agency on Tuesday. The woman, an Albanian citizen who manages a cafe\' in a town near Genoa, was exasperated by heavy taxes that she felt drove her to foreclosure. There were six employees inside the Chiavari tax office at the time of the incident. None were injured. The driver was taken to the emergency room in a state of shock and then to the police station. Police said that the woman will undergo a psychiatric exam.
