The ‘GCC Fatal and Horrific Accidents Prevention Conference’ will be held on September 18-19, 2012 in Dubai. This event aims to lay emphasis on the road safety measures and their appropriateness and effectiveness in Accident Prevention whilst promoting the need to apply a multi-dimensional approach to this social problem –by the effective introspection of the factors that cause several road mishaps and other fatal and horrific accidents- to develop regional infrastructural and traffic excellence.
