The Foreign Ministry

Bahrain today condemned the twin terrorist attacks which targeted the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, leaving dozens of people dead and injured. The Foreign Ministry expressed the stance, extending deepest condolences to the bereaved families of the victims. 
In a statement issued today, it wished the injured speedy recovery, denouncing the terrorist acts, which are contrary to all religious values, moral and humanitarian principles. The ministry affirmed Bahrain’s solidarity with Iraq in its war against terrorism and efforts to eliminate all terrorist organizations. It reiterated the Kingdom’s firm rejection of violence, extremism and terrorism, calling on the international community to join efforts to eradicate the scourge of terrorism.
