BDF commander-in-chief receives Arab Parliament delegation

Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF), Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa received at the BDF’s General Command, a delegation from the Arab Parliament, led by Speaker Dr. Mishaal bin Fahm Al-Salmi, in the presence of the Speaker of the Council of Representatives, Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al-Mulla, and Defence Affairs Minister, Lieutenant-General Yussef bin Ahmed Al-Jalahma.
The commander-in-chief commended the efforts exerted by the Arab Parliament for the sake of enhancing joint Arab action and strengthening cooperation and coordination among Arab parliaments and legislative councils.

Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa praised the role played by the AP members in supporting Bahrain’s issues, particularly, and GCC and Arab issues, in general.

He also valued highly the efforts of the AP to strengthen relations and rapprochement among Arab countries.

Other issues of common interest were also discussed.

Director of the BDF General Command’s Court, Major-General Hassan Mohammed Saad, Acting Chief Staff, Major-General Abdulla Hassan Al-Nuaimi, Assistant Chief of Staff for Supply and Catering, Rear Admiral Mohammed Hashim Al-Sada, Director of Military Cooperation, Rear Admiral Mohammed Abdulla Al-Sada and Director of Military Judiciary, and President of the Military Court of Cassation, Brigadier-General Dr. Yusuf Rashid Flaifel, were present.
