Egyptian actress Nadia Lutfi is still in mourning over the death of her close friend, Egyptian actor Ahmed Ramzy. Ahmed Ramzy died late September and was a prominent actor in well known Egyptian films in the ‘50s up to the ‘70s. She said she was living the worst days of her life after the death of her friend. In an exclusive interview with Arabstoday she said: “Ramzy was someone who loved goodness in people and he would help those in need and always gave donations to charity.” The “Al-Nathara al-Sawdaa” (The Black Glasses) star described the relationship with Ramzy as that of a close family member. “Ahmed Ramzy and Rushdy Abaza were two of my closest friends. They made me feel safe. Whenever I felt sad or was hurt or bothered, I would call Ramzy and he would not hesitate to come see me. He always made me feel better, like I was safe and protected.” Ramzy lived far from actress Lutfi, but she stressed that their relationship remained strong regardless. Rushdy Abaza was also a renowned actor in Egyptian cinema.
