Asian and European leaders on Friday condemned "heinous and cowardly terrorist attacks" such as the latest killings in Nice where at least 84 people died when a truck rammed through a Bastille Day crowd. Representatives from more than 50 Asian and European countries said they "reiterated our strong unequivocal condemnation of terrorism in all its forms and manifestations committed by whomever, wherever and for whatever purposes" in a statement at a meeting in Mongolia, along with the European Union and Southeast Asian group ASEAN. |
