A 19-year-old man arrested at the weekend for trying to kill Donald Trump at a campaign rally in Las Vegas is a British citizen, US authorities said Monday.
Natalie Collins, a spokeswoman for the US Attorney's Office in Las Vegas, told AFP that Michael Sandford was ordered held without bond following his arrest over the weekend.
He had tried to grab a police officer's gun to allegedly kill the presumptive Republican presidential nominee.
