Iranian presidency: Rouhani writes to global leaders on nuclear deal

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has written to the leaders of six powers involved in nuclear talks, his office said Thursday as negotiators in Switzerland raced to agree the outlines of a major deal.
It was not immediately clear whether a letter was also sent to US President Barack Obama although Rouhani's presidency said one was sent "to the leaders of the P5+1 group of countries", which includes the United States.
