Lockdown lifted at Ohio campus, scene secure

Authorities on Monday lifted a lockdown at Ohio State University where eight people were injured in an apparent shooting, declaring the incident over.
"Shelter in Place lifted. Scene is now secure. ALL classes are canceled on Columbus campus for the remainder of the day," the OSU emergency management services tweeted.
