Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto said Wednesday he accepted his finance minister's resignation and replaced him with social development minister Jose Antonio Meade.
Pena Nieto praised Luis Videgaray's work as finance minister, but did not mention his former top aide's reported role in US presidential candidate Donald Trump's controversial visit to Mexico.
