US President Barack Obama vowed Tuesday that Americans will not be intimidated by terror attacks as he met with France's President Francois Hollande to plot next steps against Islamic State.
"Americans will not be terrorized," he said at a White House news conference with the French leader who is seeking global support for a fight against the extremist group that killed 130 people in attacks across Paris November 13.
