Obama identifies 13 possible facilities to replace Gitmo

President Barack Obama has identified 13 facilities in the United States that could house detainees if Guantanamo Bay is shuttered, senior administration officials said Tuesday.
A closure plan, to be released later in the day, will not name the facilities but will set out potential costs, as Obama makes one last push to close the notorious jail before he leaves office in less than a year.
