Obama urges Iran to seize 'best opportunity in decades' to improve ties

US President Barack Obama on Thursday called on the people and leaders of Iran to seize the opportunity presented by nuclear talks and remake ties between the two countries.
"We have the best opportunity in decades to pursue a different future between our countries," Obama said in a statement marking Nowruz, the new year in Iran.
