Guatemalans began voting Sunday in a presidential run-off, choosing between a comedian with no political experience and a former first lady amid a national upheaval over high-level corruption. An estimated 7.5 million people are eligible to cast ballots in the elections, which opened at 7:00 am (1300 GMT) and close at 6:00 pm. First results are expected a few hours later. |
