Russia has "very serious questions" about a UN-led investigation that found the Syrian regime used chemical weapons and is not ready to accept the findings, Moscow's ambassador said Tuesday. "There are a number of questions which have to be clarified before we accept all the findings of the report," Ambassador Vitaly Churkin said following a closed-door meeting of the Security Council to discuss the report of the investigative panel. |
