The United Nations said on Friday it still expects Syria peace talks in Geneva to begin in the afternoon, despite ongoing uncertainty over which opposition groups would attend. "I would expect them (the talks) in the afternoon," UN spokesman Ahmad Fawzi said. "I can't tell you who, where and when (they will take place)." |
