UN's top court rejects Marshalls nuclear case against Britain

The UN's highest court Wednesday threw out a bid by the tiny Marshall Islands to sue Britain for "failing to halt the nuclear arms race", moments after rejecting similar cases against India and Pakistan.
The International Court of Justice found that in none of the cases had the tiny Pacific Island nation proved there had been an existing dispute with the three nuclear powers, and therefore it had no jurisdiction to hear the allegations.
